Gary Lepley is the President and Part Owner of Flying Dutchman, bringing nearly 40 years of experience to the company. Having started in junior high working summer jobs for the business, he moved into a full-time role in the mid-1980s and played a key part in transitioning the company into CAD and emerging computer technologies. Over the years, Gary has managed everything from design and modeling work to assembly, shipping, accounting, and technical support. Since 2017, he has focused on leading company-wide operations, overseeing employees, workflow, and overall production.

A graduate of Central Christian in Kidron, Ohio, Gary also holds multiple computer and technology certifications. Outside of work, he has coached soccer for more than 35 years, working with players from U8 through high school. Gary and his wife, Lisa, have been married for over 35 years and have two adult children, Jessica and Jarrod.
